General Policies
Flint River Ranch specializes in
providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair
price. If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or
policies, please contact us.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal payment services,
MasterCard, Visa, or Check/Money order. You can make
payment through PayPal with your credit card, electronic check,
or PayPal funds balance. All payments are made through our
secure server, and credit card details are
collected using secure data encryption. If mailing
payment with order, your order must be printed in full and
accompany payment. If paying by personal check allow 3-4 weeks
for delivery.
Sales/Use Tax:
Applicable sales/use tax is charged on all orders for the reason
that Flint River Ranch has a presence in all states. As some
States have a combination of local, county, city and State taxes
- orders are charged 7.5% California sales tax.
Shipping is included with a $9.00
minimum order. Orders less than $8.50 will be charged a $9.00
shipping fee.
Shipping minimum does not apply to sample packs.
Shipping from our ovens in California directly to your door via
UPS.
Returns
Flint River Ranch foods are 100% Guaranteed. We guarantee
your complete Product Satisfaction or return the unused portion
and Flint River Ranch will refund your purchase price.
